Passion in the service of local production

The aim of the association "Vignerons du Gorgeois", founded in 1997, is to establish the conditions of production and vinification of a great wine for aging.
Wines are subject to a specific authorization procedure, they must be presented after at least two years spent on lees, at the time of their bottling.
An accreditation commission then verifies that the wine which is presented does correspond to the specificity and quality criteria characteristizing the Gorgeois wine.
